Services & Rates
NEW CLIENT POLICY: All new clients MUST book a Daycare appointment prior to Overnight Boarding as a trial (see Policies & Procedures).
RETURNING CLIENT POLICY: All returning clients that have not booked services in (6) or more months MUST book a Daycare trial appointment prior to any Overnight Boarding (see Policies & Procedures).
- FOOD SERVICE - $3/day; facility provides food for dogs INSTEAD of you bringing your own (Pure Balance Chicken & Brown Rice).
- MEDICATION SERVICE - $3/day; your pet's medication is given per the schedule you provide.
- TAXI SERVICE - $0.68/mile; include address for dropoff &/or pickup in the NOTES of your request.
- DAYCARE PACKAGE - Purchase multiple days of Daycare at a discounted rate.
- EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT - 10% discount applied to overnight boarding lasting 7 or more days.
- MULTIPLE PETS DISCOUNT - $4/day discount applied when booking multiple pets of the same type/size.
- PEAK RATE - Additional $4/day for services on peak days (see FAQs for info on peak days).
- PUPPY FEE - Additional $4/day for dogs that are not potty &/or crate trained.
- TIME POLICY FEE - Additional half day fee for changes to dropoff/pickup times without 30 minutes notice.
Limit of (1) discount or coupon can be applied per appointment.

Accepted forms of Payment: We accept electronic payments via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, & other major card services. Per request, we can make partial payments to an invoice balance if there is a card saved on file. We also accept payment via CashApp, PayPal, Google Pay & Venmo.
About
Nakayla is the owner & operator of Champ STRONG Kennels. She is from Alvin, SC & has lived in Columbia, SC since 2008. She is the owner of Champ STRONG, LLC, which started as a t-shirt & apparel printing business in 2017 to raise funds for her Boston Terrier, Champ. Champ passed away in 2018 & the brand shifted into pet care with Champ STRONG Kennels. She has always loved animals & felt she could turn that passion into providing quality & affordable pet care. After 12 years of working on a job where she felt unhappy & unfulfilled, she took matters into her own hands, quit her job in December of 2020 & began operating her business full time in January of 2021.
Champ STRONG Kennels is a member of & insured by Pet Sitters Associates, LLC. It is a home based pet care business located about 10 minutes from Downtown Columbia. For security reasons, the address is not disclosed until services are booked. It is quickly becoming one of the most popular & affordable pet care businesses in the area providing Daycare, Overnight Boarding, & other pet care services.
